By downloading, installing, or using Nexa AI ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Software.
2. Software License
Nexa AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the executable desktop binary on supported macOS hardware, subject to your active subscription plan level (Hourly Pass, Pro Package, or Executive Elite).
3. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree to use Nexa AI strictly in compliance with applicable local laws and workplace regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage complies with institutional policies regarding meeting assistance and recording consent.
4. Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Nexa AI (including software binary code, overlay layout design system, brand graphics, and documentation) remain exclusively with Nexa AI Software Pvt Ltd.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nexa AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcome results from live meeting sessions.
